The house is located in South Crete with the Mediterranean climate, north of the archaeological site of Phaistos, 10 minutes from the Red Tower Sea, 15 minutes from Matala and 1 hour from Heraklion airport.
It is designed with respect for human nature and the environment.
In the 400 square meters of the garden, seasonal vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.) can be grown for the needs of the tenants. There are already fruit trees (lemon, orange, pear, olive, vanilla) and many medicinal and aromatic plants of Crete.
